Brando did ham it up in quite a few films but to call him the worst is an insult to intelligence Al Pacino too both are brilliant actors.
Actors are told to play what they know so the foreign looking ones are going to go to places no white anglo saxon man would understand all that well, lets just say that they are more animated x 10 .

Seth Rogen is anotherwho plays himself Adam Sandler too although Gems was brilliant.

When you say actors it's easy to list loads of middle ranking actors who are shit but what's more interesting is finding stars that are shit actors.
Keanu Reeves must be in the top ten and I'd also plump for Nic Cage except he did alright in Raising Arzona.
So even shit actors sometime come up with a decent performance.
But for me perhaps the worst of all the big stars is tiny Tom Cruise. And he only compounded his shitness by playing the 6" 5", 250lbs Jack Reacher.

Kirk Douglas played McMurphy on Broadway and bought the film rights as a result and wanted to play him on screen.
He spent a decade trying to get the finance together and failed so gave the project to Michael Douglas to try and get it off the ground.
Michael did and cast Jack Nicholson instead of his Dad.
